The subject of the contract is to specify the member’s utilization conditions from www.smartcasualevent.com which is the website belonged to smartcasualevent.
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information which is given while he/she is being a member to www.smartcasualevent.com is correct before the laws and that he/she shall compensate exactly and immediately all damages caused because of this information is contrary to facts.
3.2. The Member should not grant the password given to him/her by smartcasualevent to other people or organizations, the member has the right to use the said password solely. For this reason, smartcasualevent reserves the right to claim any compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use for all claims and demands which can be alleged against smartcasualevent by third parties or the competent authorities.
3.3. The Member agrees and undertakes initially to comply with the provisions of the legislation and not to infringe them when he/she is using www.smartcasualevent.com. Otherwise, all legal and penal obligations shall completely and exclusively bind the member.
3.4. The Member should not use www.smartcasualevent.com in any way to disrupt the public order, violate the general morality, annoy and harass the others, for an unlawful purpose, to infringe upon the intellectual and copyright of others. However, the member should not make activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) and actions to prevent or complicate other persons from using services.
3.5. On www.smartcasualevent.com, the ideas and opinions declared, written and used by the members are completely personal opinions of the members and they bind the opinion holder. These opinions and thoughts have no interest and connection with smartcasualevent. smartcasualevent has no responsibility for the possible damages incurred by the third persons due to the ideas and opinions to be declared by the member and for the possible damages incurred by the member due to the ideas and opinions to be declared by the third parties.
3.6. smartcasualevent shall not be liable for reading of authorized persons and any possible damages to software and data of the member. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim any compensation from smartcasualevent for any possible damages incurred upon use of www.smartcasualevent.com.
3.7. The Member agrees to not access or not to not use the software and data of other Internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibilities that will arise from this situation shall be under responsibility of the member.
3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership contract shall be personal responsible criminally and legally for this violation and shall keep smartcasualevent free from the legal and criminal consequences of such violations. Also; in case the incident is reverted to the legal area due to this violation, smartcasualevent reserves the right to claim damages against to the member due to non-compliance with the membership contract.
3.9. smartcasualevent always has the right to unilaterally delete a member's membership, to delete files, documents and information belonging to the customer. The Member accepts this providence in advance. In this case, smartcasualevent has no any responsibility.
3.10. Software and design of www.smartcasualevent.com website are in the possession of smartcasualevent and their copyright and/or other intellectual property rights are protected by the relevant laws, they cannot be used without permission, acquired and altered by the member. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. Some information such as the name of the Internet service provider used to improve, develop www.smartcasualevent.com and/or to access to the site within frame of the legislation and its Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and hour accessed to the Site, the accessed pages during the spent time on the Site and Internet address of the website which providing connection to the Site may be collected directly by smartcasualevent.
3.12. smartcasualevent can use personal information of members in its work for specific preferences and interests of its users to provide better service to their users, to improve their products and services, to facilitate usage of the site. smartcasualevent reserves the right to record a member's movements on smartcasualevent.com.
3.13. A person who is a member of smartcasualevent declares and accepts his/her approval for being submitted product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, questionnaires and other customer satisfaction practices in scope of applicable and/or to be applied regulations. He/she declares and agrees the permission to contact by using communication channels such as Internet, telephone, SMS. The Member agrees and accepts that he/she shall not make any claims about he/she has suffered any direct and/or indirect financial and/or moral, negative and/or positive damages due to the collecting, sharing, using, archiving of above mentioned information and accessing to him/her and he/she shall not hold smartcasualevent responsible. If the member wishes to change their data sharing preferences, he/she can forward this request to customer service call center of smartcasualevent.
3.14. smartcasualevent may disclose the member's personal information on the purposes of acting in accordance with legal requirements or complying with legal procedures notified to smartcasualevent when they are required legally and also in case of protecting and defending the rights and property of the smartcasualevent and smartcasualevent website family.
3.15. It is taken measures in order to ensure the smartcasualevent website is free of viruses and other similar software. Furthermore, in order to ensure the ultimate security, the user needs to supply his own virus protection system and to ensure the necessary protection. In this context, the member shall be deemed as accepted that he/she is responsible for all faults on his/her software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences by entering the smartcasualevent website.

3.18. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to smartcasualevent shall be sole and true exclusive evidence and shall be taken as basis in accordance with Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure and that such records constitute an evidence contract.
3.19. Although smartcasualevent, in accordance with this membership contract, has an authorization to send information e-mails to the registered members’ e-mail addresses and to send informational SMS to their mobile phones, upon approval of this membership contract, the member shall be deemed as accepted to be sent the information e-mails and SMS messages to his/her contact addresses. If the member wishes to give up receiving e-mail and/or SMS, he/she shall be able to make cancellation of the mail and/or SMS sending from “My Preferences for Information” section on “My Account” section.
This contract shall remain in force until the member cancels his/her membership or is cancelled his/her membership by smartcasualevent. Smartcasualevent may terminate the membership of the member and terminate the contract unilaterally if the member violates any provision of the membership contract.
The Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes related to this contract.
Membership means that the member has read all the articles in the membership contract and accepts the articles included in the membership contract. This contract has been concluded at the moment of membership of the member and entered into force mutually.
